Ingredients
Organic Chamomile Flowers, Organic Passion Flower, Organic Catnip Herb, & Organic Valerian Root

How To Use
Boil & Add Milk + Honey before Bath Time
- Step 1 ~ Take 1 teaspoon of loose leaf herbs out of package. Insert into tea bag if desired. Allow herbs to soak in water for ten to fifteen minutes prior to boiling.
- Step 2 ~ Using filtered or good quality bottled water boil 1 cup of water (or cover 1 inch of water) in a non metallic pot or stainless steel kettle. Add tea.
- Step 3 ~ After tea has been brought to a boil, allow to stand for five to ten minutes with cover on.
- Step 4 ~ When the water reaches your desired temperature, strain if needed and drink. Add milk and honey to sweeten. Put in their favorite cup and Enjoy! It is best to give before bath time to encourage them to relax. It usually takes around 20 - 30 minutes to start working. Make sure they are out of the tub and ready for bed at that time.
*Note ~ It’s important to not lift the lid of the pot too often while boiling. Many herbs contain aromatic oils that can escape if they are boiled in an open pot. If the tea is overcooked or burned, discard the herbs. Never add water to cook again.
Disclaimer
Safe for small children and babies over six months of age. Start with small dosages (15ml) to make sure theres no adverse reaction. Eventually work your way up to (5 ounces) for babies no more than three times per day.
Always make the tea is cooled to a tolerable temperature.
It's a great idea to check with your pediatrician before introducing to your infant.
